In a brutal minute and a half of TV, a Kamala Harris surrogate was unable to describe any details of the Democratic nominee’s economic policy, and completely melted down, resorting to accusing the female Fox News host of being disrespectful to women.

In a perfect encapsulation of Harris’ campaign being devoid of any substance, Democrat strategist Kelly Hyman completely embarrassed herself, admitting that she isn’t “privy” to any information on Harris’ plan.
Host Sandra Smith asked Hyman to give viewers some details of what Harris’s economic plan entails, leading the surrogate to regurgitate something about a plan to tackle price gouging, claiming it will prevent “big corporations” from exploiting everyday Americans.
Because this is about as concrete as a popular gelatin pudding brand, Smith responded by asking her whether so called price gouging is even happening.
Hyman initially said “no, not at the moment,” but then admitted she actually has no idea at all.
“This is her plan that’s laid out for the first 100 days when she becomes President of the United States of America,” Hyman said, making sure the viewers know which country they are in.
“Price gouging, is that currently happening?” Smith clarified.
“In regards — I don’t know exactly if that’s currently happening or not because I’m not privy to that type of information but the people are costing a lot of money in regards to groceries,” a flustered Hyman responded.
What?
In a brutal minute and a half of TV, a Kamala Harris surrogate was unable to describe any details of her economic policy, and completely melted down, resorting to bizarrely accusing the female Fox News host of being “disrespectful” to women. “It seems like you’re having a hard time articulating her plan, and that adds to the frustration of voters,” the host noted, to which Hyman blathered back “I’m not! Honestly, that’s not true! Please. I’m constantly being interrupted by you. Which as a woman, I think is disrespectful!”
Come again? It’s like she thought Neil Cavuto would be the host, which he would’ve been had he not been on holiday, and she’d prepared this fallback cop out for if things went wrong.
And she still used it anyway.
Then, in the most hilarious moment, Smith asked Hyman for a “final thought” to which she weirdly just responded “Thank you so much for having me.”
“okayyy, I was giving you time there,” Smith noted, before Hyman was brutally cut off as she began to re-open her mouth.
Glorious.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump was in Pennsylvania to tout an actual economic plan that Americans know already worked when he was in office.
Trump plans to cut taxes, encouraging investment and consumer spending, reduce regulations that are currently preventing businesses from growing, and expand America’s domestic energy production, which will reduce the cost of living dramatically.
It’s the same economic policy that during Trump’s first term reduced unemployment to historic lows for every race and both sexes, increased wages and family incomes to historic highs, drove poverty to historic lows, reduced income inequality, and managed inflation effectively.
In a show of support Trump visited a grocery store and started handing out $100 bills to people, noting “[The price] just went down $100 bucks. We’ll do that for you from the White House alright?”
