This year’s BRICS Games will usher in major changes to the global economy as an astounding 97 countries around the world have confirmed that they will be in attendance.
Scheduled to be hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin from June 12-24 in the Kazan region, the BRICS 2024 Games “are an integral part of the development of [Russia],” according to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
“Ninety-seven countries had already confirmed their participation … The BRICS Games 2024, which were ordered to be organized following the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, are an important part of our country’s chairmanship in this organization.”
Chernyshenko further revealed in a public statement that the upcoming tournament “must be organized at the highest possible level” with 20 different sports, much like the Olympic Games.

Among the 97 countries that are planning to participate in the BRICS 2024 Games, an astounding 40 of them are planning to also join the BRICS alliance.
So far in 2024, seven new countries – Cameroon, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Venezuela and Zimbabwe – have expressed interest in joining the original five (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and the newly admitted four (Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates [UAE]). On top of that, 40 more want to de-peg from the Western-led power structure as well.
If all goes as planned, there will be at least those seven countries that end up joining BRICS before the upcoming 16th BRICS 2024 Summit, which is scheduled for October. An additional 40 could also seek to join this year, too, which would majorly change the global world order.
“BRICS is looking to uproot the U.S. dollar from the world’s reserve currency and replace it with local currencies,” Watcher.guru reported.
“Read here to know how many sectors in the U.S. will be affected if BRICS ditches the dollar for trade.”
At the upcoming 16th BRICS Summit, it will be decided which applying countries gain entry into BRICS. All associated decisions about the matter will be determined on a consensus basis after members weigh the pros and cons of each application.
Western media is reporting that Turkey is among the countries trying to join BRICS this year – and Russia is fully on board with it.
According to Putin, trade turnover between Russia and China alone increased by some 25 percent in 2023, reaching over $227 billion. He also indicated that more than 90 percent of bilateral trade between Russia and China is now conducted in rubles and / or yuan.
The U.S. deep state is trying to stop Chinese banks from funding this arrangement, but this effort is unlikely to produce the results the West wants since the “global majority” of countries, also known as the Global South, wants to join the de-dollarization party as well.
All around the world, there is great interest in breaking free from Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) “funny money” being the standard for global trade. As the pendulum swings, Americans can expect further and further erosion of their standard of living and quality of life.
Keep in mind that Russia is also on the verge of unleashing a new blockchain-based payment system to handle BRICS trade. Once implemented, that new system could deliver a death blow to the Western world order.
“BRICS begetteth CBDC,” wrote one of our regular readers about the potential deception hiding within the emerging BRICS new world order. “Chronological conditions are being met.”
