Once again, Democrats are in charge and once more, they have proven they are lousy stewards of our capitalist economy.
Because modern Democrats are essentially Marxists and socialists at their core, they regularly pursue and implement policies that prove damaging to our free market system, and we are seeing the effects of those policies once again under Joe Biden and a Democrat-controlled Congress, though, hopefully, Republicans will at least control the House and maybe the Senate after the Tuesday midterms.
Things have gotten so bad in terms of high gas prices and inflation under Biden and Democrats that Americans are being forced to resort to extreme measures just to make ends meet and even just to feed themselves, including selling their own blood.
One American, Cashe Lewis, 31, of Denver, Colo., has been forced to take multiple jobs and recently began looking for a third one due to rising rents. In an interview with the Guardian, she said she works six days a week, more than 16 hours per day so that she can pay her bills.
“I’m exhausted all the time,” Lewis told the outlet. “On the one day I have off a week, I donate plasma for extra money. I’m literally selling my blood to eat because I have no choice.”
The outlet’s report continued:
Her partner suffers from epilepsy and can’t work full-time hours because of it. Even with insurance, their medication is expensive and she spends about half of a two-week paycheck at Starbucks to cover the health insurance premiums.
Over the past five years, she has struggled with homelessness, and was previously fired from her job for sleeping in her car behind her place of employment.
“All of my friends and family work multiple jobs as well, just trying to keep our heads above water. Nothing is affordable and the roadblocks set up to keep people in the cycle of poverty benefit the most wealthy members of our society,” added Lewis. “We aren’t living, we’re barely surviving and we have no choice but to keep doing it.”
Literally, none of this is the fault of Republicans — they are not in charge of any lawmaking or policymaking branch of government. But of course, Democrats are blaming them because their voters are cultists.
“It’s rough and I barely have any energy to keep up with much else,” said Laura Richwine of Omaha, Neb. “I’ve got a bachelor’s degree and have been working for over 10 years, but up until this year, I had never had a job that paid more than $15 an hour. Many places around me still only offer Nebraska minimum wage, which is $9 an hour. You can hardly even buy food with that amount.”
Yes, well, as hard as #Bidenflation has been on workers, it’s not been good on small business owners, either (those who have to pay inflated wages that non-business-owning Democratic lawmakers force on them). A recently released survey found that nearly 40 percent of small businesses could not pay their rent in October. Worse, nearly half — 49 percent — of small restaurant businesses could not pay rent.
“In September, 36% of restaurants couldn’t pay their rent, while in August and July, the number was 46% and 45%, respectively,” Nation’s Restaurant News reported. New data from Alignable shows that rent delinquency among all small businesses jumped by 7% in October, with restaurants well above the national U.S. average of 37% of small business owners who couldn’t pay. Only the automotive and education sectors fared worse than restaurants on the month.”
“Although, more small business owners expect conditions to improve throughout the next six months – up 10 points from July – most small business owners, 74%, say they are uncertain about what to expect next,” the report added.
Biden and the Democrats are destroying our economy. And the Federal Reserve is about ready to make it worse with its rate hikes — designed to combat Biden and Democratic inflation.
