Just in time for Christmas, European Union (EU) leaders have finalized plans for the total destruction of Europe and its entire economy by the year 2050.
The EU’s “Emissions Trading Scheme,” or ETS, as it is called, is a market for carbon that divvies up very limited access to participation in the economy. That market has been given an end date of 2050, after which there will be no more carbon allowed at all.
Right now, ETS caps the emissions of about 10,000 factories and power plants. Those with a surplus of carbon credits can sell them for profit on the carbon market – pretty strange, right?
It is all part of a globalist plan to end “climate change” and “global warming,” which actually means eliminating all humans. The end date for this to be completed is 2050, which is less than 30 years down the pike.
“The scheme is now being extended to cover more sectors of the economy in order to align with the EU’s 2030 climate goal – a commitment to reduce net emissions by 55% before they are eventually brought down to zero by 2050,” reports explain. In a statement, Peter Liese, a German lawmaker who steered the negotiations that led to this on behalf of the European Parliament, celebrated the coming elimination of all carbon in Europe within the next 30 years.
“This deal will provide a huge contribution towards fighting climate change,” Liese said excitedly, adding that the end date attached to the plan “provides a clear signal to European industry that it pays off to invest in green technologies.”
Green technology, by the way, means anti-human technology as it aims to eliminate all of the things that keep humans (and plants!) alive, carbon dioxide (CO2) being the most prominent.
The greenies are also going after nitrogen, which they have deemed a “pollutant” that must be eradicated in order to cool the planet from the “devastating” effects of warm weather.
“Almost all the sectors of the economy,” Liese added, are now covered by the ETS endgame scheme.
“The carbon market reform is a major part of the Green Deal,” said Pascal Canfin, a French lawmaker who chairs the European Parliament’s environment committee.
“Thanks to the agreement reached this weekend, we will increase our industry’s climate objectives by almost 50 percent,” he added, noting that “the carbon price will be around €100” after the reform, up from €80-85 at the current time.
“No other continent in the world has such an ambitious carbon price.”
Starting in 2027, there are plans to have a second ETS that controls the carbon market for buildings and road transport. That one will be accompanied by a social climate fund to compensate individual households for all the extra costs the scheme will create.
If energy prices remain sky-high like they currently are, then the plan is to delay that second ETS until the year 2028.
As usual, large corporations are the ones that benefit from the scheme while the little guys bear all the burden while paying all the price. Environmental groups say the biggest polluters are raking in massive profits from the scheme – this is all by design, of course.
Nothing about the green agenda is actually green, it turns out. It is all about stamping out freedom, eliminating most humans, and amassing all wealth and power into the hands of a select few who see themselves as superior beings entitled to rule over those whom they deem as inferiors. They are saving the planet alright: for themselves.
